On September 22, 2022, a unique networking conference was held in Bosnia and Herzegovina: the Industrial Digital Transformation 2022. ChangeMaker Joes van Dijk attended and spoke at this event. The conference was held under the auspices of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in BiH and a partnership of the EBRD, organized by Key Consulting and IDEA Software.
Creating awareness of opportunities in the market as well as challenges
Industrial digital transformation is present in most companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina. But companies are not yet utilizing its full capacity. Here, as ChangeMaker, Joes saw a fine task. Joes made participating organizations aware of market opportunities. He also addressed challenges and needs in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Joes says: “At this conference I had the opportunity to share my experiences of what HRM is all about when it comes to a digital transformation. Also, in a panel discussion we went deeper into the possibilities of e-learnings in this.”
