Within our unique Accelerate IT Program, you as a Maker are the shining example. You will help our clients embrace low code by demonstrating your skills and situationally transferring them to employees. Therefore, you are able to develop and commission solutions independently. This requires consulting skills in addition to technical skills.

Our Leverage IT program is all about getting people to create 100% fit IT solutions themselves. This requires your leadership and thorough knowledge of system development processes that you know how to convey in simple language to even non-IT people.

You have

You have a college or university degree in IT in a technical field, in business administration or you have built a similar background through practical experience. For the Maker role, you will have at least three years of development experience with a low code platform.

You have a deep understanding of the Agile Manifesto and, more importantly, you know how to use and communicate it in a pragmatic way.

You are demonstrably flexible and work independently. Because this is a completely new field of work, we don’t want to put too much emphasis on elaborate tasks and responsibilities beforehand and determine together how best to continue to use your talents. We much prefer to get in touch with ambitious, both technically and communicatively minded people with solid low code experience.

What we offer you

We work from home or from co-working spaces (Utrecht), or, if nothing else, on location with national and international clients. You bring your own devices and arrange your own mobility. • You will receive a salary of €2,883 to €6,780 gross per month, for a 40-hour work week (your exact salary depends on your knowledge and experience).
• You will receive 30 vacation days on a full-time basis and 8% vacation pay.
