Low code is a completely new field of work in which we explore and realize change together with you and the client! ChangeMakers prefers to work on innovative IT solutions that drive social impact or sustainability.

You do it

Re-thinking and cross-thinking. Within ChangeMakers, as a Changer, you are first and foremost an advisor and thorough discussion partner for our clients. You understand the importance of working under architecture and managing non-functional requirements. As a Changer, you have affinity and preferably experience in guiding an organization in transition.

So within our unique Accelerate IT Program, as a Changer, you are the linchpin. You will help IT departments of our clients embrace low code platforms and accelerate their software production. In doing so, you focus on People, Portfolio, Process, Platform and create all the conditions so the client can ultimately do it themselves. Therefore, you are a professional interlocutor for IT managers and IT directors as well as all the people in their departments. People find you easy to deal with because you communicate clearly, directly and transparently, are honest and know how to give and receive feedback.

You have

You have a college or university degree in IT in a technical field, in business administration or you have built a similar background through practical experience.

For the role of Changer, you will have at least five years of experience within IT. Primarily in consulting or leadership roles in application development or application integration. You have a deep understanding of the Agile Manifesto and, more importantly, you know how to use and communicate it in a pragmatic way.

You are demonstrably flexible and entrepreneurial. Because this is a completely new field of work, we don’t want to put too much emphasis on elaborate tasks and responsibilities beforehand and determine together how best to continue to use your talents. We much prefer to get in touch with ambitious, extroverted and communicatively minded people with business consulting, project and/or program management experience.

• You will receive a salary of €2,883 to €6,780 gross per month, for a 40-hour work week (your exact salary depends on your knowledge and experience).
• You will receive 30 vacation days on a full-time basis and 8% vacation pay.
