As a low-code developer with us, you will be responsible for creating 100% fit IT solutions and transferring the skills you have built to do so with our clients.

You do it

It is important that you have a deep understanding of the Agile Manifesto and can deploy it in a pragmatic way. As a Maker within our unique Accelerate IT Program, you will be the shining example and help our clients embrace low-code by demonstrating your skills and situationally transferring them to employees. In addition, you are able to independently develop and commission solutions and have consulting skills.

Our Leverage IT program is all about getting people to create 100% fit IT solutions themselves. This requires your leadership and thorough knowledge of system development processes that you know how to convey in simple language to even non-IT people.

You have

We are looking for someone with a college or university degree in IT in a technical field, in business administration or someone with a similar background through practical experience accumulated. For the Maker role, you will have at least three years of development experience with a low-code platform such as Mendix, for example. You are demonstrably flexible and work independently. It is important that you are technically and communicatively minded with solid low-code experience.

You communicate cleanly, clearly and transparently and are able to give and receive feedback. You are proud of everything you have already accomplished and ready to achieve even more with ChangeMakers. As a low-code developer at ChangeMakers, you are pleasant to work with and professional.

• You will receive a salary of €2,883 to €6,780 gross per month, for a 40-hour work week (your exact salary depends on your knowledge and experience).
