As a Changer within ChangeMakers you are primarily a trusted advisor and business partner to our clients.

For that, you need a minimum of five years of experience within IT. With the emphasis on advisory- or managerial positions in application development or enterprise integration. You understand the importance of working under architecture and of managing non-functional requirements.

You have a profound understanding of the Agile Manifesto and, even more importantly, you know how to use that in a pragmatic way.

People think you are easy to interact with, because you communicate clearly, directly and transparently, you are honest and you know how to give and receive feedback.

You accomplish what you aim for and you are a professional. You are proud of what you have achieved so far and you are ready to up your game with us at ChangeMakers.

Within our Accelerate IT Program Changers are pivotal. You assist IT-departments within our client organisations to embrace lowcode platforms and accelerate their software production and integration with those. That’s why you have to be a professional partner for IT leadership but also for everyone in their departments.

Our Leverage IT Program centers around enabling business representatives to produce 100% fit IT-solutions themselves with the aid of lowcode platforms. This requires situational leadership, patience and a thorough understanding of application development processes, which you are able to explain in simple language to non-IT-specialists.

Because this is a completely new field, in which we will embark on a mutual journey with you and our clients, we do not want to emphasise all too explicit lists of tasks and responsibilities.

We would rather interact with ambitious, extrovert and communicative people with a backgound in business consulting, project- or program management.

If you have prior experience with lowcode platforms, we will be even more enthusiastic to talk to you.

As a Maker within ChangeMakers you get your energy from making 100% fit solutions and from transferring the skills you need for that onto client representatives. You work independently and therefor have a minimum of three years of hands-on development experience with a lowcode platform. You have a degree in IT, Civil engineering, Business administration or similar, or a comparable level through working experience. People think you are easy to interact with because you communicate clearly, directly and transparently, you are honest and you know how to give and receive feedback. You accomplish what you aim for and you are a professional. You are proud of what you have achieved so far and you are ready to up your game with us at ChangeMakers.

Within our Accelerate IT Program you are the shiny example. By showing your skills and by transferring them onto client representatives in IT-departments, you help them to embrace

lowcode. That’s why you need to be able to independently develop and implement 100% fit solutions. Besides technical skills, this also requires consulting skills.

Our Leverage IT Program centers around enabling business representatives to produce 100% fit IT-solutions themselves with the aid of lowcode platforms. This requires leadership potential and a thorough understanding of software production processes and how to change them in order to capture the full potential of lowcode platforms.
